GISOL SUCKS II

Talk about a repeat offender!

Long story short GISOL offered me services that I never requested and charged my credit card USD 95.40 AND suspended my account from day one!

Thereafter they contend that I have no grounds to obtain a refund - which I hotly contest details below.

Your company has illegally charged USD 95.40 to my credit card

What class action suite are you talking about? The charges for your account
were made for services that have been rendered to you. If you do not need
your account you would need to cancel it at https://cancel.gisol.com/.

I did not request for any services from your company you have illegally/ fraudulently charged
my credit card.

You will also note that the so called “services” have been suspended from day one.

that it was suspended. We have a recorded conversation from YOU that you
did request the services. This conversation was forwarded to your credit

Please don’t twist the truth - because your reputation precedes you!

I never requested for any services from your company - WHEN a representative of your company was trying to trick me to signing up for a useless package of USD 700!!! - I immediately smelled a scam and informed him that I was not interested and hung up the phone - but your company went ahead and charged my credit card anyway for USD 95.40

By your OWN ADMISSION you KNOW that the account was suspended on the day it was created which entitles me to a FULL REFUND

So please don’t embarrass yourself anymore just give me a FULL REFUND

FYI I have already informed the credit card company and bank about your company’s magnificent reputation!
