I usually don’t belly-ache about bad customer service I received but this company is unbelievably fraudulent and negligent!
To my very bad luck I came across this webhost giving an unbelievable deal - “too good to be true deal” - it turned out
When I wanted to change my package from USD 155 to USD 95.40 package the company refused and said that I need to sign up for USD 700 package.
At this point I sniffed a rat and decided to stop all dealings with this company - the company refused to give me access to my data on the website and suspended my account and has now deleted it. So I lost all my critical customer information.
To add insult to injury this company also charged a further USD 95.40 which I am still unable to recover. However I am still not without hope as some of their former customers are planning for a class action against the company.

Especially note the words “current billing period”
